About Washington Magazine

 
Washington, the magazine for Washington University in St. Louis, is published six times a year.

The purpose of Washington Magazine is to interpret and advance Washington University in St. Louis to its readership. The magazine’s charge is to build and maintain relationships with its various publics, including alumni, parents of undergraduates, faculty, staff and friends of the university.

Through features, profiles and news stories, Washington Magazine reflects the university’s three-fold mission of teaching, research and service to society.

The magazine also showcases the accomplishments of the university’s esteemed alumni — accomplishments that reflect the university’s core missions.

The print version (published October, February, June) has a circulation of approximately 130,000, including some 90,000+ Washington University alumni. The online version (published October, December, February, April, June, August) offers these readers and more articles appearing in the print version, as well as additional Web-only content. Various reader services (from submitting classnotes to change-of-address capabilities) also are offered online.
